Requirements definition, concept development and test specification

In this work package, the technical, operational and regulatory framework conditions for the development of the remote control and the control station are defined. The result is specifications for the remote control and the control center, which are the references for all further work. This also includes the requirements for the forecast model for the sailing behavior of the ships in transit, which will be used both in the assistance systems for remote control and in the control center and later in the following projects.
